我們正在尋找一位具有實戰經驗的 AI 應用專家,協助企業客戶或內部不同部門規劃並導入 AI 解決方案。此職位需具備針對 流程優化、自動化、數據應用 等場景實際落地的能力,並曾成功推動 AI 專案產出具體成效。你將與技術、營運、行銷及高階決策團隊密切合作,發掘痛點、設計解法、並推動落地。
【主要職責】
1.商業流程分析與機會發掘:
•深入訪談與分析企業內部各部門(如:行銷、銷售、客服、人資、供應鏈)的現有工作流程。
•主動發掘可透過 AI 技術(特別是生成式 AI)進行優化、自動化或賦能的關鍵痛點與機會點。
2.AI 導入策略與藍圖規劃:
•根據商業目標,規劃從短期到長期的 AI 導入策略與發展藍圖 (Roadmap)。
•評估並選定最適合的 AI 技術、平台與工具(包含外部 SaaS 服務、API 介接或內部開發)。
•設計可行的解決方案架構,並評估其預期 ROI (投資回報率) 與潛在風險。
3.專案主導與落地執行:
•主導 AI 專案的生命週期管理,從概念驗證 (PoC) 到全面導入與擴展。
•作為核心溝通者,與 IT 技術團隊、數據科學家及各業務單位緊密合作,確保專案目標一致且順利推行。
•管理專案時程、預算與資源,並有效處理導入過程中的挑戰。
4.成效衡量與持續優化:
•建立衡量 AI 導入成效的關鍵績效指標 (KPIs),例如:工時節省、成本降低、客戶滿意度提升、營收增長等。
•透過數據分析,持續追蹤應用成效,並提出後續的優化迭代建議。
5.知識賦能與變革管理:
•設計並執行內部教育訓練,提升員工對 AI 工具的認知與應用能力,降低變革阻力。
- •作為企業的 AI 佈道者,分享成功案例,建立內部對 AI 應用的信心與文化。
【必要條件與經驗】
• 學歷: 資工、資管、數據科學、商管或相關領域學士以上學位。
• 經驗: 3 年以上 AI導入工作經驗,其中至少 2 年專注於將 AI 技術實際應用於商業流程優化。
• 【關鍵要求】可證明的成功案例:
o 必須擁有至少 2-3 個完整的企業 AI 導入專案經驗,並能具體說明您在其中扮演的核心角色、導入過程的挑戰與解決方案,以及最終達成的「量化效益」 (例如:客服回應效率提升 40%、行銷文案生成時間縮短 90%、財務報表分析錯誤率降低 75%)。
o 請準備好在面試中詳細闡述您的代表性專案,作品集或案例說明為佳。
• 技術理解:
o 深刻理解生成式 AI (Generative AI) 的原理與應用場景,並有實際串接或使用大型語言模型 (LLM) API (如 OpenAI GPT系列, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude 等) 的經驗。
o 熟悉機器學習 (Machine Learning) 的基本概念與專案流程。
• 商業能力: 卓越的商業洞察力、邏輯思維與流程分析能力,能快速理解業務痛點並轉化為技術需求。
• 軟實力: 出色的跨部門溝通、簡報提案、專案管理與問題解決能力。
【加分條件】
• 具備管理顧問或企業內部顧問的經驗。
• 擁有特定產業(如:半導體、IT產業)的 AI 導入經驗。
• 熟悉雲端 AI 平台
• 具備數據分析與視覺化工具的使用經驗
• 擁有變革管理 (Change Management) 的實務經驗。
