1. Lead the TW site RD team to design automatic equipment for USI Sites' or BU's demand 2. Supervise RD team members and ensure that self-designed automatic equipment fulfill specification required 3. Self-designed automatic equipment's budget and schedule control 4. Innovative total solution for customer's automation requirements 5. On-site support self-designed equipment implementation, debugging and problems solving  6. Catch up top-side down KPIs then achieve department's goal 7. Familiar with non-standard automatic equipment development include H/W and S/W 8. Apply USI approved IP for self-designed equipment at least 3 projects per years
