Job Description

  • Design and optimize NFC antenna systems for mobile and industrial applications
  • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with product and hardware teams to integrate antenna solutions into devices
  • Perform testing and validation based on EMVCo, NFC Forum, ISO, and Qi standards
  • Document technical findings and provide clear reports for internal and client use
  • Support production verification and define electrical performance specifications
  • Provide technical training and support to global teams as needed
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging antenna technologies

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in NFC antenna design and testing
  • Familiarity with NFC chipsets, antenna coil structures, ferrite materials, and matching circuits
  • Hands-on experience with simulation tools and test equipment (e.g., Micropross CTS)
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic field behavior and antenna tuning
  • Experience with industrial or mobile device integration is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs
