Senior Fiat Product Manager

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Unified Checkout (OCBS), providing a single, scalable entry point for multiple payment methods
- Lead payment channel integration, including PSPs, local payment methods, and bank transfer channels across multiple regions
- Design and optimize payment orchestration and routing logic, such as payment method prioritization, fallback, retry, and failure handling, to improve success rate and reliability
- Drive continuous improvements in payment conversion, latency, and user experience through data analysis and experimentation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and regional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and market-ready payment solutions
- Participate in the design of settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow processes related to fiat payments
- Support global rollout and localization of payment capabilities across different countries and regions
- Act as an independent product owner, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving execution end-to-end
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in payments, fintech, or large-scale internet platforms
- Hands-on experience with unified checkout, payment orchestration, or cashier systems
- Proven experience in payment channel integration, including PSPs, local payment methods, or bank transfer solutions
- Solid understanding of payment flows, success rate optimization, error handling, and payment lifecycle
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide product decisions
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on global or multi-region products is a strong plus
- Experience with fiat on-ramp and off-ramp products for exchanges or trading platforms
- Familiarity with bank rails (e.g. ACH, SEPA, FPS, PIX, UPI) or large-scale PSP integrations
- Understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger, or fund flow systems
- Experience working in crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or Web3-related products
