Senior Operations Manager, Fiat Payment

- Lead and oversee daily operations across [functions, e.g., business operations, customer operations, risk, compliance, technical services].
- Design, implement, and improve scalable processes and workflows to support growth of the middle office function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Risk, Tech, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor operational KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Drive automation, tooling, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Act as a key decision-maker for high-impact operational matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or strategy (preferably in [industry, e.g., fintech, payment]).
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working with data, tools, and systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across teams.
