About The Role
Are you a finance professional looking to bring your analytical thinking to a vibrant and forward-thinking company? As our new Finance Analyst you'll have the unique chance to contribute directly to the financial well-being of our operations. Your expertise will guide the financial management of our Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions, ensuring we run at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities

This is the only role in Taiwan team to handle local accounting operation. Internally, this role is required to work with both TW Commercial team and HK Accounting team for internal control, processing TW invoice & payment. Externally, also need to deal with TW local Auditor and Tax agent for statutory audit & tax filing.

• Payment
• Cash flow management
• Accounting operation
• COGS & inventory
• T&E Reimbursement
• Fixed Assets management
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Audit & Tax compliance
• VAT filing
• Liaise with auditor for statutory accounts audit and profit tax filing
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the field of financial accounting
• Familiar with ERP system is an advantage
• Experience in project management is preferred
