You will:
  • Lead the concept, development, and implementation of CMF strategies for future products, accessories and present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Conduct CMF and trend research to identify innovative materials and finishes
  • Develop and maintain a master sample library of colors, materials, and finishes
  • Collaborate with industrial designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
  • Create detailed CMF specifications and guidelines for production and manage CMF deliverables across multiple product development projects
Essential Requirements
  • 8 + years of experience in CMF design development.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent visual, including rendering, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and strong project management and organizational skills.
Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Textile Design, or a related field
