JR59126 Senior Manager - Strategic Operations & Transformation (Evergreen)

  • Lead the global EHS and Sustainability Project Management Office, PMO, ensuring alignment with company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement EHS and Sustainability project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Coordinate with regional and functional leaders to ensure EHS compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability goals are met.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of EHS and sustainability projects across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the status of EHS and sustainability projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization, driving initiatives that improve the company's environmental footprint.
  • Manage the EHS and Sustainability PMO budget and resources.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of EHS project management practices and sustainability initiatives through benchmarking and lessons learned.
  • Manage and coordinate EHS training programs across the organization, ensuring employees are adequately trained and informed about EHS policies, procedures, and sustainability goals.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO systems (such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management or related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in EHS, project management, sustainability initiatives, training management, and ISO system management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, sustainability practices, and ISO systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
