Retail & Fashion Coach (KR)

1. 우수 인재 개발
브랜드 홍보대사의 역할을 수용하고 적절한 기술과 지식을 전달하여 매장 팀에 브랜드 자부심을 심어줍니다.
매장에서 기술 격차를 파악하고 이를 학습 기회로 전환합니다.
각 매장 수준 직위의 역량 개발 계획(CDP)에 따라 이러한 학습 기회에 따라 교육 일정을 제안합니다.
교육 계획의 형태로 해당 교육 일정을 국 총책임자 및 본사의 Academy of Competency & Excellence와 공유합니다. 여기에는 승인 시 예상 교육 세션의 유지 관리 및 실행이 포함됩니다.

2. 운영 우수성(매장 효율성 및 효과성)
고객서비스에 있어서 글로벌 운영 우수성 표준(G.O.E.S.)을 구현하기 위해 영업 담당자와 협력합니다. 매장 오퍼레이션 업무는 포함되지 않습니다.
사내 강사로서 매장 내 코칭을 실시하여 부티크 매니저에게 적절한 교육적인 지원을 제공합니다. 매장을 방문하고 체크포인트를 논의하여 매장 내 서비스 코칭을 진행하고 대고객 서비스의 질을 측정합니다.
HR, 영업팀 매니저 및 매장 매니저와 협력하여 OJT 일정 실행을 통해 신규 입사자를 모니터링합니다. 여기에는 새로운 참여자를 매장에 배치하기 전에 혼합 학습 접근 방식을 통해 온보딩 세션을 촉진하는 것이 포함됩니다.

3. Retail Excellence (패션에 대한 열정)
올바른 행동과 커뮤니케이션 기술을 보여줌으로써 패션을 선도하고 고객이 중심이 되는 코칭을 제공합니다.
다양한 형태의 학습 강화를 통해 높은 수준의 고객 경험을 유지합니다. 여기에는 고객 서비스 교육 효율성을 제안, 실행 및 측정하는 것이 포함됩니다. 서비스 격차를 해소하고 개선하기 위해 현지 운영 책임자 및 부티크 관리자와 긴밀한 협력을 시작하고 유지합니다.
매장 입구에서 높은 수준의 정리를 유지하고 팀이 항상 올바른 브랜드 표현을 제시하도록 합니다.

4. 매출 강화를 위한 노력(BI, Target 및 LFL)
본사로부터 교육 자료를 받고 교육을 실행하기 전에 적절한 번역 작업이 이루어졌는지 확인합니다.
현지 매장의 요구에 맞게 교육 자료를 상황에 맞게 조정합니다. 교육 세션에서 올바른 메시지가 전달되고 강조 되도록 세일즈 보고서에 민감하고 판매 센스가 있어야 합니다.

지원 자격:
경영학 또는 리테일 관련 분야의 학사 학위 보유자
리테일 분야에서 트레이너, 고객 응대 교육 전문가 또는 관련 분야로 최소 3년의 경험
비즈니스 영어 스킬을 보유하신 분
매트릭스 조직에서 업무하고 협업한 경험
빠르게 변화하는 소매 업계에서 근무할 수 있는 능력
패션에 관심이 많은 분
각 매장으로 외근이 가능하신 분

You are responsible for the success of training deployments

Job Responsibilities
1. People Excellence

• Embrace the role of a Brand Ambassador and impart the appropriate skills and knowledge to cultivate a sense of brand pride to the store teams.
Identify skill gaps at the store front and translates them into learning opportunities.

• Propose training schedules according to these learning opportunities in accordance to the Competency Development Plan (CDP) of the respective store-level positions.
Communicate such training schedules in the form of training projections with the Country General Manager and the Academy of Competency & Excellence in HQ. This includes maintenance and execution of projected training sessions upon approval.

2. Operational Exellence (Store Efficiency & Effectiveness)

• Partners with the local Operations Manager in the implementation of the Global Operational Excellence Standards or G.O.E.S. This includes hands-on execution but not including daily follow up in-stores, through projected in-store coaching sessions and maintenance of such standards through frequent operational audits.

• Be certified as an On-the-Job Instructor and executes in-store coaching to ensure adequate support is given to the Boutique Managers. Measures quality in coaching of the target group through the scheduled in-store visits and checkpoint discussions.

• Monitors new joiners through execution of the OJT schedule in collaboration with HR, local Ops Lead and Boutique Managers. This includes facilitating on-boarding sessions through blended learning approaches prior to deployment of the new joiners to their assigned stores.

3. Retail Excellence (Passion for Fashion)

• Be fashion-forward and customer-centric by demonstrating the right behaviours and communication skills.

• Uphold high standards in customer experience through various forms of learning reinforcements. This includes propose, execute and measure customer service training efficiency. Initiates and maintains close collaboration with the local Ops Lead and Boutique Managers to ensure service gaps are actioned and improved upon.

• Uphold high standards in grooming at the store front and ensure teams project the right brand representation at all times.

4. Business Excellence (BI, Target & LFL)

• Receives training collaterals from HQ and ensures the appropriate translation works are in place prior to training execution.

• Contextualize training collaterals to suit local commercial needs.

• Be commercially sensitive to sales reports, to ensure the right messages are aligned and reinforced in training sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations as a trainer, customer-facing training specialist or related fields

• Professional working proficiency in English

• Experience in working in a matrix organization, with collaborations such as; training projections, facilitation, measurements

• Ability to work in the fast paced retail industry

• Learning advocate with a strong interest in fashion

• Ability to be mobile in your job

• Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style
