Job Description

• Supervise and lead the accounts payable team, providing guidance, training, and performance management. (Lead 3 members) 監督並領導應付帳款團隊,提供指導、訓練和績效管理 (帶領三個Team Members)
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payment disbursements, and reconciliation of accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger. 確保準確及時地處理供應商發票、付款支出,並將應付帳款明細帳與總帳進行對帳。
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes for accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely. 管理應付帳款的月末和年末結帳流程,確保所有交易準確及時地記錄。
• Manage accurate records of all Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) assets owned by the company, including their acquisition, disposal, and depreciation. Ensure Capex-related information is updated monthly for closure.管理公司固定資產的準確記錄,包括其購買、處置和折舊。確保每月更新資本支出資訊,以利進行結帳。
• Resolve any issues related to invoices, payments, and discrepancies. 解決與發票、付款和差異相關的任何問題。
• Ensure Government Uniform Invoice (GUI) processing, tax withholdings, and reconcile VAT/accounts balance. 確保401申報及各類所得代扣稅款正確並完成相關調節表。
• Handle tax authorities' inquiries and provide replies along with supporting documents. 處理國稅局提問並提供回覆和證明文件。
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the source to pay cycle. PtP作業流程優化以提高團隊作業效率。
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and accounts payable. 確保遵守公司與採購和應付帳款相關的政策、會計準則和監管要求。
• Develop and enforce internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and inefficiencies in the source to pay process. 建立並執行內部控制措施,以防止採購到付款過程中的詐欺、錯誤和低效率。
• Managed lease accounting processes in compliance with IFRS 16 依照國際財務報告準則第16號管理租賃會計流程
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of team operations. 負責跨部門溝通確保團隊作業能順暢執行
