Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute: Formulate and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with overall business objectives and sales targets.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage Merchandising, VM, Creative/Designer, Digital Marketing, and PR, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and high performance.

Budget Ownership: Manage and control the marketing budget across all functions, ensuring optimal ROI.

Public Relations Management: Lead public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, and press coverage.

Qualifications

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the Retail sector, with 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  2. Expertise: Deep knowledge and proven success in at least three of the five core areas: Merchandising, VM, Design/Creative, Digital Marketing, or PR.
  3. Skills: Exceptional strategic planning and project management abilities.
  4. Strong P&L and budget management skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
