Role

Craft and maintain a unique brand personality that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart in the market.Oversee and enforce KICKS CREW brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand design, experience, and tone of voice across all platforms.​​Design and produce a variety of physical assets, including packaging, promotional materials, and event displays.Lead and drive the creative process for campaigns, analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, interpreting metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Build, lead, and manage a diverse team of creatives, including graphic designers, motion designers and photographers.Oversee the design and storytelling across all brand channels, including our website, email communications, social media, and editorial content.Collaborate with external partners on creative projects while effectively managing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.


About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media publishing, social media, communications or marketing at an agency, in-house or equivalent experience.A thoughtful leader that is careful and obsessive with the brand and its narrativeUnderstanding / experience of online marketplace & e-commerce branding a big plusDemonstrated ability in ideating, creating and implementing large-scale and unique creative brand campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable creative strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to interact with customers in a clear and concise mannerMust be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, independent, multifaceted environmentHighly organized with demonstrated attention to detailExperience working with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Airtable, etc.
