As a YE Yield Analysis Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be working with a team of other process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. This position will identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step, leading and participating in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handling new process baseline qualifications and managing, auditing and liaising with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Deliver FA with solid/insight mechanism
• Developing new skill with TTS/CIT are encouraged.
• Understand customer needs and deliver it to customers for yield improvement
• Lab tool ownership
• Task force attendance are encouraged., and need to provide clear report with mechanism to customer

As a Electrical Failure Analysis(EFA) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will collaborate with Yield Enhancement, Layout/Database, Product, Process and Test Development teams to understand and resolve yield or quality issues by fixing systemic array core weakness on reticle, layout process & test coverage. 
This position will identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems by applying electrical failure analysis,and use tester with test program or operate EMMI to narrow down the failure location. Additional responsibilities include an in-depth understanding of the details of general device functionality specific to semiconductor memory products, as well as understanding schematics and signal integrity

• Identify root cause of major yield or quality issues, and get the fix implemented

• Support Yield Enhancement teams on test related issues with:

• Improve coverage at Probe/ Repair optimization/ Pattern stress/bug optimization/ Force Fail criteria review and verify

• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English

• Self-motivation and enthusiasm

• Good multitasking and organizational skills
