We are looking for highly skilled and motivated investment professionals to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our development pipeline and supporting the success of our offshore wind projects through investments, transactions, and project financing activities.

What you'll do:

  • M&A & Investments
    : Identify and lead renewable energy M&A opportunities, manage due diligence, valuations, and negotiations through to deal closure.
  • New Projects
    : Assess offshore wind opportunities, support auction bidding strategies, and develop investment cases with thorough financial analysis.
  • Development Support
    : Oversee project financials during the development phase, implement risk management frameworks, and guide projects toward construction readiness.
  • Project Financing
    : Structure and secure project finance by engaging with banks, ECAs, and financial advisors, ensuring smooth collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Financial Modelling
    : Build and refine models to evaluate returns, risks, and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
  • Governance & Reporting
    : Present investment cases and project updates to senior management, boards, and shareholders with clear and impactful communication.
  • Compliance
    : Ensure alignment with regulatory and legal requirements at every stage of development.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (professional certifications like CFA/CPA a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years
    of experience with solid background in financial modelling and investment analysis.
  • Strong grasp of finance, accounting, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work across functions.
  • Experience in project finance within renewables or offshore wind is highly valued.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken
    English and Chinese
    is required.
