About the job

One of our group companies--Trinity Scholar ) is looking for a Manager for our Tutoring & Test Prep Division. The Manager would work closely with the Director of the company, with an eventual goal to take over the day-to-day operations for the Tutoring & Test Prep Division.

This would be a great opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who is looking for P&L (profit and loss) responsibility.

To be upfront, this will be a challenging position as education is a competitive market. However, the positives of this role is that you will not be starting from scratch as there is an incumbent business in place.

What You'll Do

  • Have eventual P&L ownership
  • Lead the planning, execution, and growth of our tutoring & test prep programs
  • Recruit, manage, and support a network of freelance instructors
  • Find ways to grow the business (yes, we know it is easer than it sounds).
