Job Description

Position Title: Commercial Associate - Vaccine

The Opportunity

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals who are aspired to join a leading multinational pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients and their families.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the efficiency and smooth operations of the Business Unit (BU). You will collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders and meeting owners to facilitate symposiums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medical events coordination and facilitation
  • Event process tracking and make sure aligned with company policy
  • BU internal meeting support and facilitation
  • Procurement order support and payment process
  • Monthly accrual and budget process management
  • Process optimization
  • Focal of ZPI related operation with the company
  • Ad hoc administrative support request by BUD
  • Campaign management

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor or above
  • Good manners of communication, pleasant personality, Compression resistance, willing to learn in fast-paced environment
  • Details oriented with good time management and multiple tasks handling.
  • Problem solving and be a good team player
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Good commend on Word, excel, outlook and power point
  • 2-3+ years working experience in pharma industry with admin support is plus
  • Project/ Process management experience
  • Event coordination and facilitation experience
