工作內容

  • 負責店舖日常營運管理,確保營運流程符合公司規範
  • 逹成公司訂定銷售目標,包含個人與團體指標,提升銷售表現與顧客體驗
  • 指導與培育團隊人員,包含排班管理、績效追蹤、技能提升等
  • 處理顧客需求與突發狀況,維持高標準服務品質
  • 商品進貨、陳列、庫存與報表管理
  • 配合公司促銷活動與跨部門溝通
  • 百貨溝通協調,蒐集市場訊息;給與行銷活動成效建議

需求條件

  • 銷售珠寶或百貨相關工作經驗5年以上
  • 樂於服務客戶、態度積極主動、個性親切並具備團隊精神
  • 良好的溝通能力、顧客管理經驗及銷售技巧
  • 能配合店鋪輪排班,包含週末和假日及活動安排等
