International Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

People Responsibility: N

  • To develop business strategy and marketing campaigns to drive new card acquisition across customer segments and channels
  • Responsible for the growth of credit card base and portfolio health
  • Responsible for the delivery of new digital initiative related to customer onboarding for retail products
  • Work with multiple channels to deliver business results, both on Digital and Face to Face channels
  • Work with Analytic, Risk and other stakeholders to drive portfolio health
  • Ensure full compliance with Group policy, GIM/BIM/FIM, local regulators

Qualifications

  • University degrees
  • Years working experiences in marketing/banking industries
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal/ communication/ negotiate skill
  • Logistic thinking with good analytical and planning ability
  • Good command in both spoken and written English
