【Candidate Profile】

  • 5 至 8 年以上醫療器材、醫療設備或相關健康科技產業的產品管理、產品行銷或市場推廣經驗。
  • 熟悉醫院與醫事機構端的流程、臨床使用情境與採購模式,能有效整合市場需求並提出策略建議。
  • 具備跨部門協作能力,能在銷售、研發、行銷與臨床端之間清楚傳遞資訊。
  • 能獨立完成競品分析、產品定位、簡報撰寫與市場活動企劃。
  • 邏輯清楚、具備數據分析能力,能解讀市場數字並整理成策略建議。
  • 英文讀寫能力佳,可閱讀國際市場資料、產品技術文件與原廠參考資訊。
  • 熟練 Excel 與 PowerPoint,有完整提案、分析與企劃文件製作能力。
  • 有光電、監測設備、植入式器材或臨床儀器市場經驗者為佳。

【Responsibilities】

  • 依據產品線策略,負責市場資訊蒐集、競品分析、臨床需求訪談,提出產品定位與市場推進方案。
  • 規劃新產品的市場導入流程,包括價值主張、使用場景設定、關鍵客群分析與應用案例整理。
  • 與銷售團隊合作,提供產品簡報、功能訓練與市場訊息,協助提升前線銷售效率與產品採用率。
  • 負責產品教材、行銷素材與應用內容的製作,包含使用者文件、案例摘要、產品賣點、功能介紹與醫事機構使用情境。
  • 追蹤產品生命週期,分析使用量、客訴類型、價格表現與市場反應,提出功能優化或下一代產品建議。
  • 規劃與執行市場活動,包括發表會、專題講座、展覽、線上研討會與 KOL 交流內容。
  • 擬定年度產品推廣計畫,協助管理層掌握市場趨勢、銷售進度與產品策略執行狀態。
  • 依需求與研發、品質、臨床測試單位協作,整理市場需求文件並提供清楚的應用端觀察。
