Job Summary
We are seeking a
Senior Production Software Engineer
to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of core server architecture supporting our multi-national production systems. This role will play a key part in implementing a hybrid Kubernetes and VM infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and operational stability across global manufacturing sites.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design and implement server infrastructure for international production systems (Kubernetes + KVM hybrid architecture)
  • Manage and maintain high-performance servers
  • Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and manufacturing teams to ensure system reliability and security
  • Develop automated deployment and monitoring solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Cloud-init, and Terraform
  • Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs to support 24/7 production environments

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Linux system administration and server operations

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes architecture and deployment
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM)
  • Solid understanding of network architecture, distributed storage systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international teams with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with high-spec server hardware
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Background in manufacturing or factory automation systems
  • Comfortable working in multilingual environments (English is the primary working language)
