Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage BMC feature development progress to meet both customer requirements and company's goal
  • Understand the actual scope of BMC features and collaborate with the Product Manager and colleagues to define the BMC web UI/UX and related product requirements.
  • Understand the specific BMC feature requirements and work with software developers to create wireframes, mockups, and user flows.
  • Track industry trends, standards, and be capable of make the competitive analysis on the specific BMC feature
  • Develop high quality product collateral including user guides, white papers, social media, video, presentations, etc.
  • Develop training material for customer and internal trainings as required

Qualifications

  • Preference on bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in developing technical specification or documentation
  • Effective written and communication skills in English
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
  • Experience in technical support service to customer
  • Three years above work experience.
