EMS engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop Energy Management Systems (EMS) for energy storage, integrating grid power, lithium batteries, hydrogen fuel cells, and peripheral electrical devices.
- Design, implement, and test communication between gateways and devices.
- Apply and troubleshoot Modbus RTU industrial communication protocols.
- Maintain existing codebases (primarily in C#).
- Build HMI interfaces with commercial software (Beijer or Advantech).
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to ensure complete system integration and on-site implementation.
- Support R&D project development and client system integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience in power/energy monitoring engineering.
- Strong skills in
C#, LabVIEW, and PLC
programming. - Knowledge of system architecture, firmware/software design, and integration testing.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial PLC control systems.
- Practical experience developing with LabVIEW.
