本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role)
執行各項績效管理業務,包含跨部門/子公司之溝通、協調、資訊彙整分析,協助CFO推動集團績效管理業務及達成部門目標

Executing performance management items, including cross functions and subsidiaries communication, coordination and data summary, to assist CFO on carrying out Group and department objectives.

本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 major responsibilities)

協助金控及子公司推動年度預算編制作業及時程控管、定期彙編營運結果及進行差異分析、KPI設定與達成追蹤。

Assist on coordinate the process and review of Group budgeting, performance analysis and KPI setting/tracking

負責金控績效管理會議、預審會議,與不定期高階主管溝通會議之幕僚作業。

Staff of PE, Budget review meeting, or seniors meeting by request; in charge of holdings' materials preparation and process arrangement

擔任金控財務長幕僚,負責跨公司績效管理事項溝通整合、管理表報設計與資料彙編,以及推動各式專案。

Staff of CFO in communication and integration of performance evaluation topics and project management

基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)

學歷 (education) : 大學(含以上)商學相關科系
工作經驗 (work experience) : 具財務/會計/預算績效分析管理等8年以上相關經驗 / Experience at least 8 years in the field of finance/accounting/budget planning and performance management
專業能力 (professional capabilities) : 熟稔Excel、PowerPoint、Word等工具 / Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel、PowerPoint、Word)
專業證照 (professional license) :
語言能力 (language) : 具英文說寫能力 / Fluent in written and spoken English
其他 (others) :
具有良好之溝通技巧及獨立作業之能力 / Ability to work/communicate with different departments and achieve results
具團隊合作 / Teamwork
