Job Family

數位創新/Digital and Innovation (Job Family)

Job Description

1.策略領導:制定並推動與公司業務及數位轉型相符的長期資料科學發展藍圖。

2.模型開發與創新:主導開發各類高階分析模型,例如核保、保單中止預測、詐欺偵測、行銷優化與業務員績效評分。

3.AI/機器學習導入:引導生成式 AI 及機器學習技術應用於客服(如智慧客服、自然語言處理)、理賠自動化與個人化保險商品推薦等場景。

4.資料與人工智慧治理與倫理:確保模型合規、資料隱私及公平性,符合台灣法規(如金管會指引、保險業自律規範)與公司內部規範。

5.跨部門協作:與核保、商品、行銷、客戶體驗、資訊等團隊密切合作,發掘高價值的資料應用場景。

6.團隊領導:建構並培育資料科學家、機器學習工程師與資料分析師組成的高效能團隊。

7.平台與工具規劃:提供技術方向與決策建議,例如數據湖、大數據平台、MLOps、自動化建模流程、雲端AI平台(如 AWS/GCP/Azure)。
