FunNowは2019年に日本市場へ参入し、インバウンド市場をターゲットに、日本全国の観光市場を活性化しています。現在は東京、沖縄、関西、札幌などで、約1,200店舗以上の飲食店や大手外食グループと提携しています。

本ポジションでは、財務実務、管理業務、日常運営を担当し、日本市場でのプロジェクトや協業を支援するオペレーションマネージャーを募集します。

【仕事内容】

  • 財務報表の更新・管理(Admin、Stripe、Metabase 等)
  • HQと連携した日本の運営データ管理・分析
  • 店舗・代理店の支払い処理(月次照合、銀行振込、費用計算、明細発行)
  • 経費支出および会計業務の管理(社員立替金、請求書処理、書類保管)
  • 店舗 / B2B契約の確認・管理
  • オフィス備品の調達・資産管理
  • 臨時的な総務・庶務業務のサポート
  • その他、本社運営に関わるプロジェクト

【必要条件】

  • 大学卒業以上
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語 (N1)・中国語能力
  • 中級以上の英語コミュニケーション能力
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Officeの業務利用スキル
  • 財務・行政・運営管理経験
  • 細部に注意を払える方、部門間コミュニケーション能力

  • 新興企業、IT企業、B2B環境での運営経験
  • 代理店または飲食店の照合・支払い管理経験
  • データ分析または契約管理経験
  • 日本の就労ビザをお持ちの方は優先

【工作內容】主要負責日本子公司

  • 維護與更新財務報表
  • 與總部協作,進行日本營運數據管理與分析
  • 處理店家及代理商款項(月結對帳、銀行匯款、費用計算、明細寄送)
  • 管理經費支出與會計作業(員工代墊款、請款書處理、檔案歸檔)
  • 審核與管理店家 / B2B 合約
  • 辦公室備品採購與資產管理
  • 支援臨時性的行政事務
  • 其他總公司營運相關專案

【必要條件】

  • 大學畢業以上學歷
  • 商務水準以上的日語與中文能力
  • 中級以上英文溝通能力
  • 熟悉 Google Workspace / Microsoft Office 等辦公工具
  • 具財務執行、行政或營運管理經驗
  • 注重細節並具備跨部門溝通能力
