In this organization, the SCADA Project Management team supports the lifecycle of wind power plant projects from sales to the service phase. Our job is to turn groups of wind turbines into a functional power plant unit running efficiently and according to contractual and regional requirements.Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate effective coordination between engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution.Manage offshore contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance with standards.Diligently identify risks and opportunities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Own project outcomes by aligning with strategic priorities, focusing on quality, schedule adherence, and EHS standards throughout the lifecycle.Promote business growth and customer satisfaction through professional stakeholder engagement and value-driven project management.Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives within the SCADA Project Management & Plant Engineering teams.Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to gather and translate market requirements into actionable insights.Engage in customer discussions with a deep understanding of SCADA systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles.Oversee SCADA execution for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Provide technical leadership across global modules, delivering scalable and innovative SCADA solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant industry experience in SCADA systems, products, or applications, especially in renewable energy.Certified in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, PMP) and process improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL 4 Foundation).Advanced skills in project management tools, techniques, and stakeholder engagement strategies.Proficient in English, both written and verbal.Valid driver's license.CompetenciesProficient communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and cultures.Leadership acumen in project environments, involving strategic delegation, inclusive collaboration, and team coaching.Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Strategic contributor to departmental development through initiatives focused on standardization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Skilled in efficiently handling various tasks and managing complex projects with precision and the ability to meet diverse demands. meet diverse demands.Highly organized, skilled in time management, and structured in approach.Comfortable working in fluid, multicultural environments.What We OfferWe are an international team of skilled and professional colleagues who are all pursuing a positive impact through wind energy.
