職務概要

薪酬團隊隸屬於研華科技全球人力資源中心(Global HR Center of Excellence),肩負建立全球薪酬制度與人才激勵架構的關鍵任務。

隨著研華持續推動全球化布局與數位轉型,該團隊不僅提供具市場競爭力的薪酬政策,更透過整合各地區HR、業務單位與高層管理,驅動跨國人才的吸引、留任與績效驅動策略。

薪酬團隊未來將聚焦:

  • 優化全球獎酬制度(包含股權獎酬、績效獎金等)的設計與執行效能。
  • 導入薪酬數位系統與AI薪酬分析工具,提升決策效率與資料即時性。
  • 本職位將成為連結本地與全球、制度與策略、數據與決策的重要橋梁。

主要工作內容

【系統與流程優化】

  • 協助導入新一代HRM系統,並整合原有如Workday、HCM等內部平台。
  • 推動並優化Workday系統中薪酬模組的設定與應用。

【制度設計與策略規劃】

  • 持續優化公司薪酬架構,包含職級制度、薪級區間與調薪政策。
  • 優化各類獎酬制度,如年終獎金、績效獎金等,提升激勵效果。
  • 參與長期激勵工具(如RSU、ESOP)之設計與滾動式調整。

【市場調查與數據分析】

  • 參與國際薪資調查(如WTW),分析市場競爭力與趨勢變化。
  • 提供薪資結構與內部公平性分析報告,支援年度預算與調薪政策制定。

【全球據點支援與整合】

  • 支援各國HRBP處理當地薪酬議題與人力成本分析。
  • 協助制定與推動全球一致的薪酬政策與職務架構。

【法令遵循與內部稽核】

  • 確保薪酬制度符合法令,包括台灣及各據點的勞動法、稅法、社保等規定。
  • 定期檢視並優化流程風險與合規性。

必要條件

  • 學歷:人力資源、商管、財務會計或相關領域之大學以上學歷。
  • 經驗:5年以上薪酬分析與制度設計經驗。
  • 熟悉薪資調查工具與報告分析(如WTW)。
  • 精通Excel,具數據分析與簡報彙整能力。
  • 曾操作大型薪酬系統,如Workday、SuccessFactors等。
  • 具備良好中英文溝通能力,能適應跨文化工作環境。

加分條件

  • 有跨國企業任職經驗者優先。
  • 熟悉海外市場之薪酬結構與當地法規者尤佳。
