主要工作职责:

1.室外缆订单6月份增多,原离职人员空缺需要填补。
2.瓶颈工序成缆以及紧套芯缺员,需要满足上6休1,7*24小时不停机。
3.二套工序员工王甜甜离职

4.铠装机组订单持续增加,已经调动二套成缆人员,共3人,满足上6休1,7*24小时不停机。

安全职责:

严格遵守本岗位安全操作规程,杜绝违章操作;

严禁拆除设备安全防护设施,设备运行时确保防护措施有效;

掌握本岗位风险和有害因素、防范和应急措施;

服从本部门领导及部门安全员日常安全管理;

生产职责:

按照生产任务单要求组织生产,对本班的产量负责,填写点检表、交接班记录、原材料使用记录等相关记录;

严格执行工艺文件,并对本班所生产的产品质量实施必要的监控,当产生不合格品时,及时报告;

负责本机台人员的调配和管理,对本班的辅助人员进行必要的培训;

当设备发生故障时及时报告,协助维修人员及时排除故障;
