職責介紹

我們正在找的是可以全職工作的工作夥伴。辦公室位在台北,將需要視情況出差支援客戶拜訪。本職務需要協助提供技術支援與障礙排除,分析技術問題並協助客戶導入與順利使用解決方案。在測試與導入過程中協助讓專案順利推行並完成交付。

職務說明

1.具備初步網路整合與規劃能力(VPN、Routing、NAT、NG-Firewall、Subnet 等)。

2.了解系統整合相關技術(Infrastructure、Network Access、Application Integration、LDAP、API 等)。

3.對雲端安全架構具學習熱忱(SSE、CASB、ZTA、CSPM 等)。

4.協助客戶進行問題排除,並處理產品相關異常狀況。

5.配合主管指派之專案或工作事項。
