The Opportunity
Join our Financial Services team as a Project Manager, where you'll take overall responsibility for leading a dynamic team of 15+ professionals to meet and exceed customer contractual requirements. This role encompasses the complete application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through rollout, while coordinating with infrastructure team and leading multiple concurrent projects to ensure successful delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, scope changes, schedule adjustments, and risks while implementing mitigation plans and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, partners, and customers to deliver project objectives and manage project schedules, scopes, and resources
• Define clear project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, and payment milestones while preparing comprehensive project management plans
• Assemble, direct, and lead project teams throughout the entire project execution lifecycle
• Execute Hybrid and Agile projects/programs while monitoring overall project health and progress
• Support users through UAT, product acceptance, and customer support handover processes
• Facilitate effective communication between multiple internal interfaces and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Create and maintain all required project artifacts and documentation

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT with minimum 5 years of Project Management experience delivering complex projects, preferably in financial services
• Strong expertise in software development lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience in project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence)
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master) and knowledge of Java-based solutions with 3rd party libraries integration
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented professional with strong leadership qualities, risk identification capabilities, and collaborative working approach
