Job Description
You are responsible for supporting sales at key customer pursuits by providing specific solution expertise in a defined geographical area. You are act as the solution expert for the sales organization by assisting with delivering outcome-based messaging to customers at executive and management levels. The Solution Consultant has a broad understanding of all related products and delivery offerings from RA, partners and competitors in the designated solution area.
You will be reporting to LIFECYCLE SERVICE BUSINESS MANAGER, TAIWAN.
Your Responsibilities:- You will experience as Cyber/Digital Expert and able to provide consulting to customer.
- You will develop strategy for Rockwell initiative portfolio.
- Architect solution based on cutomer circumstance.
- You will support Delivery and develop repeatable method for projects.
- You will promote and handling presales for LCS solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years related experience in engineering solutions and/or IIOT/Smart Manufacture & Operation solution.
- Technical sales support, engineering implementation, or consultant experience is required.
- Strong customer facing Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects is required.
- The candidate should be familiar with outcome based selling or equivalent sales process for solution selling.
- Good English writing and speaking skill.
