財富管理交易作業專員 (基金)
Responsibilities

  • 負責基金業務相關工作,進行系統確認及分配作業,確保交易準確無誤。
  • 負責基金各項業務及會計帳務相關作業,確保交易的順利運行和合規性。
  • 具備會計基本知識,協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
  • 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。
  • 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴(如基金公司/券商)進行有效溝通,促進資訊流通。
  • 執行並監控境內&境外基金作業交易及交割流程,協調各部門流程時效性、正確的完成交易。
  • 須能自主與基金公司/各相關部室調溝通,確保作業的效率及正確。。
  • 與會計部門協調,協助處理財務審核及合規要求。
  • 負責日常的文件管理及記錄,維護客戶資料的準確性與安全性。

  • 確保都有完成所需的教育訓練。

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Embed Here for good and Group's brand and values in [Taiwan / TTO / WMCOO / WMO ]; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats); [1.確認所有的訊息都可有效傳達、溝通;工作如期完成、品質符合要求, 2.確認會計帳務都能正確作帳、符合法規規定, 3.做好內部溝通、減少不必要的成本浪費;提升工作效率, 4.確保交易正確、即時完成並傳送給相關單位, 5.確認所負責業務的經辦都能配合給予的例行性工作, 6. 做為其他同事之職務代理人 ]

Qualification

  • 具備金融、會計或相關領域的學士學位。
  • 具有信託相關知識及信託作業實務經驗者佳。
  • 具備英文溝通能力,能夠使用英文進行書寫及閱讀。
  • 必備信託證照. 另持有金融或會計相關專業證照(如 證券/衍生性/內控)者優先考慮。
