This role requires a senior strategic thinker who can deliver clarity, insight-driven strategy, and integrated communication frameworks. You will handle multi-client responsibilities, lead strategic outputs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Job Description:

1. Strategic Leadership – Automotive brand (Primary Responsibility)

  • Lead brand strategy, annual communication planning, and full-funnel strategy for a major automotive client.

  • Provide category insights on automotive trends, consumer motivations, and competitive dynamics.

  • Maintain strategic alignment with client leadership and cross-agency partners.

2. Multi-Client Strategic Support

  • Work across additional clients beyond the primary automotive account, delivering brand strategy, comms planning, audience insights, and pitch support.

  • Tailor strategic recommendations based on each client's business and marketing objectives.

3. Insight Development & Analysis

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis; translate findings into clear strategic narratives.

  • Build compelling frameworks that turn complex information into actionable insights.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with account, creative, media, CRM, and data teams to build integrated strategies.

  • Take the lead in key presentations, pitches, workshops, and major client discussions.

5. Client Partnership & Team Development

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and long-term partnership support.

  • Mentor junior strategists to elevate team capability and ensure quality of output.

RequirementsExperience

  • 7+ years in strategy, brand planning, communications planning, or consulting.

  • Automotive category experience strongly preferred (required).

  • Experience in creative agencies, media agencies, or digital transformation consulting is a plus.

  • Strong brand strategy and integrated communications planning capability.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and insight synthesis.

  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight timelines.
