The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:

  • 媒體策略制定:根據客戶需求和目標市場,制定全面的媒體策略。基於市場研究、消費者行為分析和競爭對手洞察,提供具有競爭力的媒體策略建議,以實現客戶的目標。
  • 媒體選擇和購買:根據媒體策略,選擇最適合的媒體渠道進行廣告投放。和供應商進行談判和協商,以獲得最佳的價值和曝光效果。
  • 預算管理:負責制定和管理媒體投放預算,確保預算的合理分配和有效利用。監測媒體投放成本,與供應商進行結算和協商,以確保廣告投放的成本效益。
  • 執行和監測:監督媒體廣告投放的執行,確保廣告按計劃進行,並監測投放效果。透過數據收集和分析,評估廣告效果,提供報告和建議,以優化媒體策略和投放效果。
  • 合作與協調:與內部各部門緊密合作,了解他們的需求並協助實現目標。
  • 媒體趨勢和創新:持續關注媒體行業的最新趨勢和技術創新,了解新興媒體渠道和廣告形式的發展,提出相應的建議。
  • 團隊管理:帶領和領導媒體企劃團隊,分配任務,協調工作進度,指導和培訓團隊成員,確保團隊協作和目標的實現。
