在這裡,你將負責...

  1. 策略規劃:制定以內容驅動的行銷策略,透過規劃核心訊息、內容主題與敘事框架,提升新進與回流用戶,同時強化品牌與遊戲社群黏著度,達成整體成長 KPI。

  2. 專案執行:主導並執行跨管道內容型行銷專案,涵蓋社交媒體、官方社群、活動宣傳與合作曝光;負責從內容主題發想、腳本/文案規劃、素材需求定義(視覺、影片、短影音)、到發布節奏控管的完整內容製作流程。

  3. 內容產製與編輯:與設計、影片、社群管理等角色協作,規劃並產出多元內容形式,包括社群貼文、活動宣傳內容、短影音腳本、影片企劃、UGC 引導內容與遊戲內外敘事素材。

  4. 成效管理:透過內容表現數據(觸及、互動、觀看完讀率、分享、討論度)進行階段性與結案成效分析,作為專案 / 內容優化與決策依據,並持續調整主題策略、敘事方式與內容形式,以提升整體專案影響力與轉換成效。

  5. 團隊合作:與全球行銷與產品團隊合作,將全球素材與核心訊息在地化重製為符合本地文化與語境的內容,而非單純翻譯或轉貼。

  6. 靠近產品:深入理解遊戲系統、玩法設計與版本節奏,主動挖掘可被內容化的亮點(如玩法差異、策略深度、玩家爽點),作為長期內容產製與主題規劃的基礎。

  7. 社群監控:持續觀察玩家社群討論與內容趨勢,將玩家語言、迷因、熱門話題反饋至內容製作,提升內容真實感與社群共鳴。

我們希望加入的你具備...

  1. 具備 2 年以上行銷實務經驗(線上廣告、線下活動、社群與異業合作⋯等)。

  2. 良好的數據分析能力,包括理解和解讀數據趨勢,以及將數據應用於驗證假設和決策制定。

  3. 須具備良好溝通能力、團隊精神、執行力、獨立解決問題和評估風險的能力。

  4. 熟悉遊戲社群文化、迷因與玩家溝通語言,並具備完整的內容製作能力,能從目標設定、內容主題發想、敘事架構設計,到實際產出與優化,獨立完成內容專案。

  5. 熟悉多種內容形式,包含社群貼文、長短文案、活動宣傳內容、短影音或影片腳本,並能依不同平台與受眾調整內容表現。

  6. 能將產品資訊、功能賣點或複雜概念,轉化為清楚、有吸引力且貼近受眾語言的內容。

加分條件...

  1. 重度遊戲玩家或是對遊戲產業有熱忱,特別是射擊遊戲類型。

  2. 廣告投放或廣告媒體採購經驗。

  3. 海外市場遊戲營運與分析經驗。

  4. 粉專經營經驗或擔任過網路意見領袖。

  5. 曾長期經營官方或品牌社群,並具備穩定內容產出經驗。
