主要職責 (Key Responsibilities):
1.高效 SEO 內容產出與規模化: 負責高品質 SEO 文章撰寫,具備基礎 SEO概念。重點在於可規模化 (Scale up) 的內容產製流程,引導優質自然流量進入平台。

2.數據導向與轉換優化: 以銷售為導向 (Sales-driven),追蹤並分析文章表現,核心 KPI 包含流量、GMV (交易總額)、訂單轉換率及相關銷售指標。具備解讀數據能力,能根據流量表現即時調整內容策略,優化導購路徑。

3.跨團隊協作整合: 與 Product Marketing (產品行銷) 團隊緊密配合,針對熱門行程或策略性產品規劃內容。將部落格內容與品牌行銷活動整合,提升使用者停留時間並極大化轉單效果。

4.香港市場趨勢分析: 專注於香港市場,分析當地旅遊出版物、社交媒體及競品,借鏡其熱門議題與成功 SEO 經驗,轉化為 KKday 香港部落格的內容策略。

【Other】

1.實務經驗: 具備 2~3 年以上 SEO 寫手經驗,熟悉香港網路媒體生態。具備類似香港 ULifestyle 等生活旅遊網媒撰文經驗者優先(需能掌握香港繁體中文語感與在地用語)。擁有電商 (E-commerce) 或 OTA (線上旅遊平台) 產業經驗者尤佳。

2.專業技能: 具備深厚的 Digital Marketing (數位行銷) 概念,能精確掌握關鍵字布局與搜尋意圖。熟練使用數據分析工具(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics ),能從數字中發現問題並轉化為內容優化行動。

3.核心特質: 優秀的文字產動力與邏輯思維,能在節奏快的電商環境中維持內容質量。強大的溝通協調能力,能跨團隊推動專案達成銷售目標。

4.學歷背景: 行銷、傳播、新聞或相關科系學士學位。
