Operations:
  • Coordinate international and domestic freight movements
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal systems
  • Liaise with overseas offices and vendors to ensure smooth cargo flow
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
  • Provide proactive customer service and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain documentation and reporting standards
  • Support KPI achievement and adherence to company procedures
Operational Finance:
  • Issue and verify customer billing
  • Check and validate vendor invoices
  • Issue Debit Notes and Credit Notes
  • Ensure financial documentation aligns with internal policies and timelines
Compliance & Quality:
  • Comply with government regulations and company policies
  • Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure use of approved vendors
  • Take corrective actions on quality or compliance issues when necessary
