The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and delivery. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of accuracy and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally to fulfill customer delivery requirements.
  • Supervise on-site warehouse operations, resolve abnormalities, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage shipment fulfillment rate, punctuality, and product integrity.
  • Lead organizational planning, team management, performance setting, and regular evaluations.
  • Implement and improve 6S practices across the warehouse.
  • Develop and track annual departmental plans and operational goals.
  • Drive and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in warehouse planning and transportation-related regulations
  • Expertise in warehouse operations and inventory control processes
  • Strong capabilities in organizational planning, warehouse operations management, customer relationship management, performance management, continuous improvement, 6S implementation, leadership, and cross-functional coordination
  • Occupational safety and health certifications related to organic/inorganic chemical solvents are a plus

  • Forklift operation certification
  • Valid driver's license
