Role Description

We are hiring a Junior Program Coordinator & Executive Assistant to streamline internal operations, support leadership initiatives, and provide direct assistance to the General Manager. This dual-role position combines program coordination with executive support. You'll manage internal reporting, drive operational efficiency, and serve as the right-hand to the General Manager, helping to keep priorities clear and execution on track. This is a full-time role based in Taipei.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination:

  • Maintain and manage recurring reporting dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs and internal operational initiatives
  • Streamline and automate repetitive workflows (e.g., reporting, documentation, reminders)
  • Field and triage ad-hoc requests from local/global stakeholders
  • Support internal documentation, meeting notes, and follow-ups

Executive Support:

  • Act as a personal assistant to the General Manager, manage calendar, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing materials as needed
  • Track action items and ensure timely execution across the leadership team
  • Help manage internal communications and leadership updates

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or executive support
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proficient with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin (written & verbal)
