Job Descriptions: Control Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer with experience in the specific BPCS & SIS platforms or vendors (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the process industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals. Proficiency in English is considered a plus. The role will be responsible of developing and maintaining Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS) and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) for manufacturing plant process control.

Your Role:

  • System Design: Design, configure, and implement Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), PLC and SCADA for manufacturing plant process control.
  • Programming: Develop and maintain control logic using programming languages specific to BPCS/SIS, such as ladder logic, structured text, continuous function chart (CFC), sequential flow charts (SFC) and Safety Matrix
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of BPCS/SIS/SCADA to ensure functionality and compliance with operational requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to BPCS/SIS/SCADA, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BPCS/SIS/SCADA configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including process engineers, instrumentation engineers, and Production Team to optimize system performance.

Who Your Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BPCS/SIS/SCADA design and implementation, preferably in process industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proficiency in control system design software and programming languages, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is considered a plus for effective communication.
