Description

Key Accountabilities 

  • Provide technical and application support for molecular diagnosis systems, reagents and workflows.
  • Conduct product demonstration and training sessions for customers and channel partners, both onsite and remotely.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in product evaluation, workflow optimization and protocol customization at customer sites.
  • Collect customer feedback and communication insights to internal team for continuous improvement. 
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars and workshops to represent the company. 
  • Escalation of technical issues to Technical Support for resolution. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies and quality standards.
  • Assists, as time permits, with other business development activities
  • Must be willing to work on weekends

Key Prerequisties 

  • At least 5 years of product technical support and clinical application training/trouble shooting experiences. 
  • Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, professional journals, package inserts, technical procedures, and government regulations.
  • Certified medical technician with a BSc degree or relevant
  • Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostic techniques 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer oriented mindset with problem solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international if required)
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
