Senior / Lead Product Manager – Decentralized Exchange (DEX)

About the Opportunity

We are currently partnered with a stealth-mode, well-funded project building a cutting-edge decentralized exchange designed to deliver a seamless, scalable, and user-focused trading experience for retail clients. Their mission is to redefine DeFi accessibility with a product that combines innovative technology, intuitive design, and robust performance. We are seeking a world-class Senior to Lead Product Managers to lead this initiative from inception to launch and beyond, working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of decentralized trading.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact team, shape a groundbreaking product from the ground up, and drive hyperscale growth in the fast-evolving DEX space. You'll partner directly with the CEO, CTO, and Chief Product Officer (CPO) to align vision, strategy, and execution, backed by significant resources and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a retail-focused DEX, from zero to launch, in close collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and CPO.
• Partner with senior leadership to align product goals with the broader organizational strategy, ensuring a cohesive and impactful launch by mid-to-late 2025.
• Lead end-to-end product development, working with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a best-in-class decentralized trading platform.
• Identify and prioritize features that cater to retail users, balancing usability, security, and scalability, while incorporating feedback from the CTO and CPO.
• Drive rapid iteration and hyperscale growth, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement, with strategic input from the CEO.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure the platform stands out in the crowded DeFi ecosystem, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the CTO to navigate the technical complexities of decentralized systems, including AMM protocols, liquidity mechanisms, smart contract integrations, and user governance models.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while keeping senior leadership informed and aligned.
• Maintain discretion about the broader organizational vision, working closely with the CEO, CTO, and CPO to build trust and credibility with users through transparency and execution excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager at a leading decentralized exchange (e.g., Hyperliquid, Meteora, Jupiter, Raydium, dYdX, or similar), with a track record of launching and scaling successful DeFi products.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with C-level executives to shape product strategy and drive execution in a high-stakes environment.
• Deep understanding of DEX mechanics, including AMM protocols, liquidity pools, yield farming, and tokenomics.
• Ability to take a product from 0 to 1, with hands-on experience in defining requirements, managing trade-offs, and shipping high-quality features at scale.
• Strong technical aptitude—comfortable collaborating with the CTO and blockchain engineers to translate complex concepts into user-friendly solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, influence senior leadership, and rally teams around a shared vision.
• Discretion and professionalism—comfortable operating in a stealth environment with limited public disclosure.
