Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in cloud-native application design, customer-facing digital platforms, and transactional system integration. This role is critical in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that directly support business growth and digital transformation. While experience in Data and AI is a plus, the core focus is on architectural planning, problem-solving, and delivery of robust digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions for cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Lead the technical design of customer-facing platforms with a focus on seamless user experience and secure transaction processing.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance tuning.
• Support the integration of third-party systems, APIs, and legacy platforms into modern digital ecosystems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in designing and delivering cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern application architectures.
• Hands-on experience with customer-facing applications and transactional systems (e.g., e-commerce, digital onboarding, payment gateways).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to data architecture, analytics platforms, or AI/ML integration.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance, healthcare) is a plus.
• Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
