Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Loan agent related task
- Loan documentation review and negotiation
- Perform periodic monitoring and checking on cashflow movements, finance covenants, documentation covenants and conditions required per the loan contract
- Handle queries/requests from finance parties and internal /external party.
- Handle ad-hoc credit-relevant events; borrower's waiver/consent request, covenant breach,
Loan BAU and Reporting
- Work with Business Units/Support Units to organize creative and "can-do" solutions in reply to client's requests.
- Business performance review reporting and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of operation systems, including loan drawdown, , interest & fee payment, and corporate loan account rollover & maintenance.
- Lead processing and risk-related meetings independently.
- Risk item management
Requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Loan-related experience (e.g., loan/trade operations, Project Management, Credit approver, Rist management…),
- Experience of project handling.
