Job Responsibilities :As Customer Success Manager, you will need to deeply understand customers' needs, deliver exceptional experiences, and build loyalty via proactive support and strategic guidance – maximizing product value through project management of implementations and timelines. You will forge lasting client relationships as their advocate for mutual success.

The ideal candidate is passionate about service, with proven success track record, strong project management, communication, empathy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description:

1. Manage and nurture key customer relationships – deeply understand needs, act as primary contact and advocate to build loyalty.

2. Ability to accommodate customer requests across multiple time zones, including urgent calls and meetings.

3. Work with sales, FAE and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Gather feedback to enhance experiences – relay product improvements to product team, engineering team and leaderships.

5. Partner with accountants for compliant finances – manage taxes, insurance, audits, CIT filings.

6. Handle office admin and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field with minimal 7 years of experience in customer facing role.

- Strong business-level English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools.

- Passion for customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

- Significant plus: enthusiastic PC gamer and music player.
