Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding for HR Shared Services roles
  • Provide HR support and advice to business units on HR policies, processes and employee relations matters
  • Handle employee queries, requests and issues pertaining to compensation & benefits, leave management, payroll processing and records maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Shared Services role within a large multinational corporation
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and an HRIS/Payroll system
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
