Job Req ID: 26486 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  2. Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. 
  3. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
  4. Responsible for the process output and quality yield (overall process from SMT to testing); need to perform risk assessment and cooperate with function teams for quality control.
  5. Cooperation with cross function team to ensure smooth model ramp up.
  6. Basic knowledge about PCBA process and function testing. Guide CM to enhance inspection coverage.
  7. Take lead of function failure analysis and CAPA execution.
  8. Support quality improvement events to plan and validate corrective action result.
  9. Test environment and operation method optimization to pursuit comprehensive and high efficiency output.
  10. Basic circuit troubleshooting and analysis is a plus.
  11. EE background is a plus
Qualifications:

  2. Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
  3. Language Skills: English, Mandarin
  4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
  5. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection
