You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Key job responsibilities

As a DSM, Your Key Responsibilities Are

• Provide a safe and secure environment for our people, assets and customer data.
• Physical Security of our Data center (DC) sites and protecting the integrity of all Red Medias.
• Security access control of our DC sites
• Responding to security incidents
• Writing reports on security incidents, system anomalies, and other security-related matters.
• Testing and maintaining security systems, such as alarms, security devices, and cameras.
• Training employees on data center security procedures.
• Identifying and assessing potential security risks to the data center.
• Developing and implementing plans to mitigate security risks.
• Promoting security awareness among employees and visitors.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in security or related fields; i.e.,compliance, logistics, transportation, facilities among others, 2+ years of commercial or industrial work experience.
• Experience in using data and metrics to improve processes and/or customer satisfaction. Must have the ability to be on-call to support out of business hours emergencies remotely and on-site.
• Must be prepared and have the ability to work and travel to Data Centers in the Cluster and abroad.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems
• Management experience of vendors
• Has used investigation techniques to deep dive on events
• Security Industry Qualifications/Certification
• English verbal and written communication skills
