BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams. Responsibilities: Plan and conduct end-to-end user research: including usability testing, user interviews, and behavioral analysis across key flows like onboarding, KYC, funding, and first trade. Generate actionable insights: deliver severity-ranked usability findings, funnel behavior analysis, and validated recommendations to guide product decisions. Drive hypothesis-driven discovery: collaborate with stakeholder and designers to define hypotheses, research goals, success criteria, and decision rules. Provide regional insights for priority markets: create lightweight personas, journey maps, and localization guidance that inform product and content design. Maintain research operations and insight repository: manage participant recruiting, documentation templates, and a searchable insight database, including regular stakeholder updates. Experience with user research and usability testing, providing actionable insights to refine user experiences. A background in digital marketing or campaign design, enhancing the integration of design with marketing initiatives.
