Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure flawless operation.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance to determine areas for improvement.
• Successfully implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize processes.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and support entry-level engineers and technicians to improve team capability.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• An Associate's Degree in Electronics, a Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Flexibility to work day/night shifts every three months.
• A passion for learning and a dedication to continuous improvement.
